Otto Oscar Hernández Ruiz es un arquitecto y artista cubano que se mudó a Alemania en 2002 donde estudió bellas artes. Trabaja en los medios artísticos de la pintura, el dibujo y performance. Mandy Mozart es un artista y músico que reside en Viena.

“Snaw Crosh” se forja en la idea de cómo visualizar la versión de ambos artistas del Metaverso, que comenzó a formarse en las mentes de ambos durante la grabación y producción del álbum. Metaverso es un espacio de realidad virtual en el que los usuarios pueden interactuar con un entorno generado por computadora y otros usuarios.

“Snaw Crosh” se inspira en una película que aún no se ha realizado que toma elementos de la música de Gustav Mahler y la novela cyberpunk “Snow Crash” de Neal Stephenson, una ciencia ficción de realidad virtual de principios de los noventa.

Hernández en este disco es productor, interviene con su voz y toca los sintetizadores. En tanto que Mandy Mozart también es productor, voz, sintetizadores, programación y masterización. Además, en este álbum, colaboran otros músicos tocando la guitarra, percusión y sintes.

Esta es una propuesta retrofuturista con guiños a la synth-wave, el techno, el dub y la música oriental (“Policei”). Interesante e hipnótico es la voz de Hernández junto a texturas electrónicas entrecortadas y el canto de Mozart en “Librarian”. Todo ello parece parte de una performance que están realizando ambos artistas, como parte de esta película imaginaria.

“Snaw Crosh” como banda sonora evoca imágenes de un mundo súper tecnologizado y apabullante como el de hoy.

Otto Oscar Hernández Ruiz is a Cuban architect and artist who moved to Germany in 2002 where he studied fine arts. He works in the artistic media of painting, drawing and performance. Mandy Mozart is a Vienna-based artista, musician and performer.

"Snaw Crosh" is forged in the idea of how to visualize the version of both artists of the Metaverse, which began to form in their minds during the recording and production of the album. Metaverso a virtual-reality space in which users can interact with a computer-generated environment and other users.

"Snaw Crosh" is inspired by a film that has yet to be made that takes elements from the music of Gustav Mahler and Neal Stephenson's cyberpunk novel "Snow Crash," a virtual reality science fiction from the early 1990s.

Hernández on this album is a producer, he intervenes with his voice and plays the synthesizers. While Mandy Mozart is also a producer, voice, synthesizers, programming and mastering. In addition, in this album, other musicians collaborate playing the guitar, percussion and synths.

This is a retro-futuristic proposal with nods to synth-wave, techno, dub and oriental music (“Policei”). Interesting and hypnotic is Hernández's voice alongside choppy electronic textures and Mozart's singing on “Librarian”. All of this seems to be part of a performance that both artists are doing, as part of this imaginary film.
