Este es el último trabajo de Seabuckthorn, seudónimo del guitarrista acústico y multiinstrumentista inglés Andy Cartwright.
“Through A Vulnerable Occur”, su noveno disco a la fecha, es editado en marzo 2020 por Iikki, subsello de Eilean Records, un trabajo conjunto con la fotógrafa residente en Melbourne, Sophie Gabrielle, que se plasma en la publicación de un libro y un vinilo/cd.
Las atmósferas en este disco cinemático están compuestas por capas de guitarra eléctrica, clásica y electrónica. En “Through A Vulnerable Occur” y en “Place Memory” se destaca la participación de Gareth Davis en clarinete.
Las fotografías que develan finas imágenes de la naturaleza y del mujer/hombre en donde se aprecia el detalle, la sutileza y la belleza por si sola, son el aspecto visual apropiado para una música ambiental, que roza con el folk.

This is the latest work by Seabuckthorn, the moniker by English acoustic guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Andy Cartwright.
His ninth album to date, “Through A Vulnerable Occur”, is released in March 2020 by Iikki, sub-label of French Eilean Records, a joint work with Melbourne-based photographer Sophie Gabrielle, which is reflected in the publication of a book and a vinyl / cd.
The atmospheres on this cinematic record are made up of layers of electric, classical, and electronic guitar. On “Through A Vulnerable Occur” and on “Place Memory” features Gareth Davis in clarinet.
The photographs that reveal fine images of nature and of the woman / man where detail, subtlety and beauty alone are appreciated, are the appropriate visual aspect for an ambient music that borders on folk.
