Eleh es un músico estadounidense de electrónica/drone que comenzó a trabajar en 1999.
Eleh ha publicado discos en Touch, Important y Taiga Records. "Living Space", su reciente álbum editado en octubre 2019 por Touch, contiene cinco composiciones minimalistas realizadas a base de sintetizadores modulares y analógicos, piano, órgano, bajo y campanillas sinfónicas.
Las bajas frecuencias junto a pequeños cambios en los tonos son el telón de fondo por el que fluyen estas piezas cuya oscuridad es permanente y profunda. Parece, en lo cinemático, una exploración espacial a los lugares más reconditos del sistema solar, donde la luz sólo emerge a ratos como los hace en “Collect Yourself/Well Arranged 4. Overt Too”, donde se aprecian tímidamente algunas melodías con líneas de órgano que se suspenden en el aire.
“Lighter Touch” que cierra este disco despliega una luz armónica que llena el ambiente de una atmósfera plácida y ensoñadora. Un final que matiza los vericuetos sombríos de los primeros tracks. Eleh nos hace pasar por distintos estados de animo y nos ofrece un viaje instrospectivo, profundo y tranquilizador.

Eleh is an American electronics / drone musician who started working in 1999 who has released albums on Touch, Important and Taiga Records. "Living Space", his latest album released in October 2019 by Touch, consists in five minimalist compositions based on modular and analog synthesizers, piano, organ, bass and symphonic bells.
The low frequencies together with small changes in the tones are the backdrop through which these pieces of darkness is permanent and deep flow. It seems, cinematically, a space of exploration to the most recondite places of the solar system, where light only emerges at times as it does on "Collect Yourself / Well Arranged 4. Overt Too", where some melodies with timid organ lines hold suspended through the air.
"Lighter Touch" that closes this album displays a harmonic light that fills the environment with a placid and dreamy atmosphere. An ending that nuances the somber twists and turns of the first tracks. Eleh makes go through different moods and offers an introspective, deep and peaceful trip.
