Anatolian Weapons Feat. Seirios Savvaidis | "To The Mother Of Gods" | Beat In Space | 2019   Anatolian Weapons Feat. Seirios Savvaidis | "To The Mother Of Gods" | Beat In Space | 2019

Aggelos Baltas is a Greek artist based in Athens known for his moniker Dream Weapons on the techno side and as Fantastikoi Hxoi in the Krautrock genre.
On this occasion, with his project Anatolian Weapons evokes his roots and for this album he invites composer and performer of traditional Greek music, Seirios Savvaidis (from the psychedelic rock project, The Dead Ends), who sends to Baltas some recordings.
Baltas gives a more danceable orientation and Savvaidis on the other side, psychedelic ancestry.
Savvaidis recites with his bulky voice religious chants, while the hypnotic rhythm of the percussion and the unruly bagpipe that Baltas plays have a healing effect, enhanced by the cermonious character and initiatory of songs such as "Kalesma", "Limnothalassa" and "Ofiodaimon ”, those that show evocative, beautiful and inspiring music.
