En 2011 Dieter Mauson residente en Hamburgo comenzó con su proyecto en solitario Occupied Head con el que tiene dos álbumes y varios discos en colaboración con otros artistas. Su último álbum "Interoception" editado por In Fact Recordings, subsello de KinetiK Records.

Dieter es la mitad de 7697 Miles junto al chileno Cristóbal Rawlins (Raw C). 

”Interoception” es una combinación de Electro, junto con acercamientos al Ambient y a una Electrónica a medio camino de la Synth Wave y la Kosmische Musik. Esto último es especialmente notable en los tracks “Interoception“ y “sin motivo, causa y porque (comprensible)” que esparcen sus líneas sintéticas ambientales que comienzan a navegar por el espacio en clave mantra. En “Constant Out Of Range” se aprecian pulsos rítmicos y sinuosos sintetizadores que evoca al Krautrock. 

“Katharsis” completa este álbum en el que se desarrollan sutiles beat y sintes planeadores de carácter hipnótico que crean una atmósferas cautivante.

In 2011 Hamburg-based Dieter Mauson started his solo project Occupied Head with two albums under his belt and several records in collaboration with other artists. His latest album 'Interoception' is released by In Fact Recordings, sub-label of KinetiK Records. Dieter is also one half of 7697 Miles along with Chilean artist Cristóbal Rawlins (Raw C).

”Interoception” is a combination of Electro along with approaches to Ambient and Electronica halfway between Synth Wave and Kosmische Musik. The latter is especially marked on the tracks 'Interoception' and 'sin motivo, causa y porque (comprensible)' that spread their synthetic Ambient lines that begin to navigate through space unfolding a mantra. In 'Constant Out Of Range' unfurl rhythmic pulses and sinuous synthesizers that remind me of Krautrock.

'Katharsis' completes this album in which subtle beats and gliding and hypnotic synths create haunted atmospheres.
