Karkhana es una agrupación con miembros de Konstrukt, The Dwarfs Of East Agouza, Land Of Kush, Peter Brötzmann Chicago Tentet y “A” Trio. Una mezcla de sonidos del Medio Oriente y del Occidente donde las trompeta se une con la flauta de bamboo, el oud (laúd árabe), guitarra eléctrica, dardouka (de origen árabe), sintetizador, órgano, bajo eléctrico, entre otros instrumentos.

En "Al Azraqayn" - que es una grabación en vivo realizada en la sala Bimhuis en Amsterdam en julio 2019 -, es una amalgama de estilos como vanguardia, folklore, jazz y rock que crean convulsionadas sesiones en donde se despliega una psicodelia furiosa con fuerte acento en los sonidos del Medio Oriente. Es en esto último cuando el disco toma ribetes únicos con las melodías arabescas y la manipulación de ruidos electrónicos que realizan estos habilidosos artistas.

Karkhana is a band with members of Konstrukt, The Dwarfs Of East Agouza, Land Of Kush, Peter Brötzmann Chicago Tentet and “A” Trio. A blend of sounds from the Middle East and the West where the trumpet meets the bamboo flute, the oud (Arabic lute), electric guitar, dardouka (of Arabic origin), synthesizer, organ, electric bass, among other instruments.

On "Al Azraqayn" - which is a live recording made in the Bimhuis venue in Amsterdam in July 2019 -, it’s an amalgam of styles such as avant-garde, folk, jazz and rock. The septet unfurls convulsed sessions where a furious psychedelic unfolds with strong accent on the sounds of the Middle East. It is in the latter when the album takes unique edges with the arabesque melodies and the manipulation of electronic noises that these skilled artists perform.
