Un mundo de fábula, onírico, fantasmal y religioso que se inspira en Lázaro, personaje bíblico del Nuevo Testamento, que, según el Evangelio de San Juan, es resucitado por Jesús. Aquí se reúnen los elementos acústicos y de diseño sonoro que compone y escribe el artista visual y sonoro afincado en Milán, Domiziano Maselli, miembro de Eremo, un grupo de arte de Milán que produce y crea obras multimedia y artes escénicas.

“The Burrow”, primer tema de este álbum, muestra crudos rasgueos a cuerdas y retazos de ruidos comprimidos que tienen atisbos a la música de Medio Oriente. “A Desolation Chant” la trompeta juega un rol principal en donde sus notas flotan por el espacio, en tanto que en “Gethsemane” los instrumentos de cuerda inician un diálogo intenso, confrontacional que luego languidece y cae en lo melancólico pues es el presagio de un final que vaticina la muerte. “Lazzaro I” y “Lazzaro II” tienen un paisaje sonoro hecho de oscuras texturas sintéticas pero hacia el final del camino asoma una luz esperanzadora, renacentista.

A fabled, dreamlike, ghostly and religious world inspired by Lazarus, a biblical character from the New Testament, who, according to the Gospel of Saint John, is resucitated by Jesus. Here are together the acoustic and sound design elements composed and written by the visual and sound artist based in Milan, Domiziano Maselli, a member of Eremo, a Milan art group that produces and creates multimedia works and performing arts.

"The Burrow", the first song on this album, features raw strumming strums and snippets of compressed noise that have hints of Middle Eastern music. On "A Desolation Chant" the trumpet plays a main role where its notes float through space, while on "Gethsemane" the stringed instruments initiate an intense, confrontational dialogue that then languishes and falls into melancholy as it is the harbinger of an ending that predicts death. "Lazzaro I" and "Lazzaro II" have a soundscape made of dark synthetic textures but towards the end of the road a hopeful, renaissance light appears.
