La última producción de LEM, dúo chileno compuesto por Oscar Burotto y Ottavio Berbakow fue el track “Abyssus abyssum invocat” incluido en el compilado triple "En el fin del mundo, hasta el fin del mundo" (EMA Records, 2020).

"Portonazos" es un EP que se compone de tres temas. Cabe mencionar que los portonazos son asaltos a automovilistas quienes generalmente están esperando para entrar en sus hogares sus vehículos les son robados. Lamentablemente es un delito común en esta parte del mundo y quizás por eso que se ha convertido en un término que ya es parte del paisaje.

"Arquitectura fallida" que abre este EP es una plácida pieza de carácter ambiental que comprende varias capas de sintetizadores con pequeñas pulsaciones rítmicas. 

”Crepuscular pero inquieto” evoca un bello paisaje de colores pasteles suaves. Todo ocurre en forma apacible, sin aspavientos mientras las líneas de bajo, el sonido semejante al xilófono y la deslizante guitarra le dan una forma voluble y armónica.

”OST para portonazos” en la medida que se desarrolla, la intensidad de la capas ambient van tomando fuerza, a través de la percusión, viñetas de ruido y guitarra. LEM continúa entregando un trabajo creativo, envolvente y ensoñador.

The last production of LEM, a Chilean duo composed by Oscar Burotto and Ottavio Berbakow, was the track “Abyssus abyssum invocat” included in the triple compilation "En el fin del mundo, hasta el fin del mundo" (EMA Records, 2020).

"Portonazos" is an EP that is made up of three pieces. It is worth mentioning that portonazo is an assault on car drivers who are generally waiting to go in their homes and their vehicles are stolen. Unfortunately, it is a common crime in this part of the world and perhaps that is why it has become a term that is already part of the landscape. 

“Arquitectura fallida” that opens this EP is a placid piece of ambient character that comprises several layers of synthesizers with soft driven beats.

”Crepuscular pero inquieto” conjure up a beautiful landscape of soft pastel colors. Everything happens smoothly, without fuss as the bass lines, xylophone-like sound and gliding guitar give it a fickle and harmonic shape.

"OST para portonazos" as it develops, the intensity of the ambient layers are gaining strength, through percussion, snippets of noise and guitar. LEM continues to deliver creative, immersive and dreamy work.
