El sintetista sueco / australiano, John Chantler afincado en Estocolmo y el saxofonista danés, Johannes Lund, colaboran por segunda vez, esta vez con el álbum "Andersabo" que se compone de tres piezas en las que Chantler toca el órgano de bombeo y el sintetizador y Lund el saxofón.
Este disco muestra la electrónica abstracta de Chantler con la síntesis modular y los instrumentos acústicos, en tanto Lund realiza construcciones para varios saxofones, empujando los límites sonoros de este instrumento.
“Back of the House” es un largo diálogo precedido de un drone junto a balbuceantes notas entrecortadas del saxofón, mientras en el fondo oscila una onda sonora inquietante. “Open Field & Forest” el órgano de bombeo se expande por algunos minutos y es interrumpido por sonidos de objetos metálicos y abrasivos, ciertamente inquietantes.
En “Under Barn Floor” el órgano está sumergido y en la superficie asoma un drone implacable y penetrante hasta que tiende a desaparecer en el horizonte.
En "Andersabo" ambos artistas exploran las posibilidades sonoras y despliegan así una creatividad que promete seguir expandiéndose.

Swedish / Australian synthesist, John Chantler based in Stockholm and Danish saxophonist, Johannes Lund collaborate for the second time with the album "Andersabo", which consists of three pieces in which Chantler plays the pumping organ and synthesizer and Lund the saxophone.
This album displays Chantler's abstract electronics with modular synthesis and acoustic instruments, while Lund makes constructions for various saxophones pushing the sound limits of the instrument.
"Back of the House" is a long dialogue preceded by a drone with babbling choppy saxophone notes, while in the background a disturbing sound wave oscillates. "Open Field & Forest" the pumping organ expands for a few minutes which is interrupted by sounds of abrasive and metallic objects, certainly disturbing.
On "Under Barn Floor" the organ is submerged and a relentless and penetrating drone appears on the surface until it tends to disappear on the horizon.
On "Andersabo" both artists explore the sound possibilities and thus display a creativity that promises to continue expanding.
