Bloom Offering aka Nicole
En “Out 2 Get U” con

Bloom Offering aka Nicole Carr based in Seattle with her synth-wave
proposal has attracted attention since 2013 by the publication of several
cassettes.
The blend of synthesizers, rhythmic boxes, deep voice and dark
atmospheres is inspired by the first albums of Human League, Anne Clark, Second
Voice, among others.
The track that opens this album, "Swallow Me Whole", conjure-up
"The Calling" from the album "Nada!" by Death In June due
to its rhythmic base and gloomy atmosphere.
On "Out 2 Get U" close to industrial techno, Carr brings out
his hidden voice and effects of echoes for which she rages against sexual
abuse. "Simple Math" is a dark song, with melancholic synth notes and
distorted voices. While "Imperfect Absence" closes this album, with
its characteristic dreamy and nightmare melodies, where Carr sets her stance
against gender injustice.
