“Traleé” es el quinto álbum desde 2001 del artista sonoro chileno Jimmy  Pizarro aka INSECTO y es la tercera publicación en su sello Nocuedo Editions. Este nuevo disco consiste en dos largos temas de que se desenvuelven en los estilos dub/techno, click and cuts y glitch y de la combinación de las mezclas que se dan entre ellos.

El primer track “Elaugu” nos muestra desde un comienzo un mayor componente rítmico en relación a su anterior LP “Bilac” (2022) bajo su apodo SPRO. Emergen en este track interesantes notas sintetizadas que revolotean con un carácter lúdico, junto a pequeños ruidos soterrados que sugieren ambientes ligeramente corrosivos. Mientras se desarrolla un loop que combina delgadas capas sonoras. 

“Rack”, el segundo corte despliega un juego de glitches que van creando un sutil ritmo minimalista que se disuelve y se expande con la nota baja sintetizada, lo cual comienza a tomar forma con esos finos guiños al house. 

La columna vertebral de los discos de INSECTO es su cálida envoltura que mantiene al oyente bailando en una nube mientras reflexiona sobre su próximo movimiento.

“Traleé” is the fifth album since 2001 by Chilean sound artist Jimmy Pizarro aka INSECTO and it is the third release on his own Nocuedo Editions label. This new album consists of two long-form tracks that develop in dub/techno, click and cuts and glitch styles and of the combination of mixtures what happens between them.

The first track "Elaugu" shows us from the beginning a greater rhythmic component in relation to his previous LP "Bilac" (2022) under his alias SPRO. Interesting synthesized notes emerge on this track that flutter with a playful character, together with small underground noises that suggest slightly corrosive ambience. While a loop is developed combining thin sound layers.

“Rack”, the second cut displays a set of glitches that create a subtle minimalist rhythm that dissolves and expands with the synthesized bass notes, which begins to take shape with those fine nods to house.

The backbone of INSECTO's records are its warm which envelope and keep the listener dancing on a cloud as he/her ponder the next move.
