Viktor Zeidner bajo el seudónimo de Slim Vic es un experimentado músico y DJ en la escena de la música electrónica sueca. Ha compuesto bandas sonoras, escrito música para teatro y danza y trabaja en el diseño sonoro. Desde 2012 es director de Lamour Records que ha lanzado más de 150 discos en las corrientes ambient y techno.

El álbum se apertura con “Idag (Intro)”, una música inquietante que bien podría ser la banda sonora de una película intrigante y oscura. “Den springaren (Sömn)” sin embargo tiene una cierta estructura canción más accesible. En “Sista varvets upplopp” predominan las bajas frecuencias que se advierten casi imperceptibles, con sonidos retorcidos y ondulantes, junto a un ruido orgánico que devora. “Hedesunda” vuelve a ofrecernos texturas ambientales con ribetes melódicos envolventes. Mientras que “Bål” pone el suspenso con esos pasos decididos los que son interrumpidos por chirridos de carácter metálico. “Ebenist (Part 2)”, que presenta al músico sueco Oestergaards, incursiona en los territorios oscuros son sonidos tubulares profundos que continúan en “Ebenist (Part 1)” al que se agregan sutiles grabaciones de voces. Este track presenta al músico sueco vinculado a la música industrial Plasmafuse. 

Slim Vic propone una música expansiva y cinemática que logra encantar por su magnetismo.

Viktor Zeidner under the moniker Slim Vic is an experienced musician and DJ on the Swedish electronic music scene. He has composed soundtracks, written music for theater and dance, and works on sound design. Since 2012 he has been running Lamour Records which has released more than 150 albums in the ambient and techno currents.

The album opens with "Idag (Intro)", haunting music that could well be the soundtrack to an intriguing and dark movie. “Den springaren (Sömn)” however has a certain more accessible song structure. In “Sista varvets upplopp” the low frequencies predominate that are almost imperceptible, with twisted and undulating sounds, together with an organic noise that devours. “Hedesunda” once again offers us ambient textures with enveloping melodic edges. While “Bål” puts the suspense with those determined steps which are interrupted by squeaks of a metallic character. “Ebenist (Part 2)”, featuring Swedish musician Oestergaards, venturing into dark territories are deep tubular sounds that continue on “Ebenist (Part 1)” to which subtle vocal recordings are added. This track presents the Swedish musician linked to industrial music Plasmafuse.

Slim Vic proposes expansive and cinematic music that capture and enchant for its magnetism.
