Este es el álbum debut del artista italiano Gianmaria Aprile quien toca la guitarra, guqin (instrumento de cuerdas chino) y efectos.
Aprile participa en bandas como Luminance Ratio y fue miembro de Ultraviolet Makes Me Sick. Es dueño del sello Fratto9 Under The Sky y dirige junto a otras personas el webzine Post?
La música de Aprile es como un engranaje que tiene un lento movimiento pero las piezas van calzando a la perfección. Unos acordes sueltos de la guitarra más los efectos del delay, a poco andar van mostrando que con las desafinadas cuerdas del guqin, se teje un diálogo entre lo armónico y la disonancia.
Cuando escucho a Aprile me evoca a esos pasajes ensoñadores y psicodélicos de My Cat Is An Alien.

This is the debut album of Italian artist Gianmaria Aprile who plays guitar, guqin (Chinese string instrument) and effects.
Aprile participates in bands like Luminance Ratio and was a member of Ultraviolet Makes Me Sick. He owns the label Fratto9 Under The Sky and runs along with other people the Post? webzine.
Aprile's music is like a gear that moves slowly but the pieces fit together perfectly. A few loose chords of the guitar plus the delay effects, little by little they show that with the out of tune guqin strings, a dialogue is woven between harmonic and dissonance.
When I listen to Aprile it reminds me of those dreamy and psychedelic passages of My Cat Is An Alien.
